This year the Leeds Half Marathon is to be held in September rather than May.

2007's event was the most successful ever, with almost 6,000 people running the 13.1 miles through Leeds city centre. It was also hugely successful for Yorkshire Cancer Research, with a large team raising thousands of pounds.
