If you complete a Self Assessment form then from the 2003/2004 tax year (forms issued in April 2004) you will be able to donate to Yorkshire Cancer Research any tax rebate due to you.

If you are owed tax back from the Inland Revenue, you simply need to nominate Yorkshire Cancer Research to receive your donation, along with our Inland Revenue code: ZAK07SG
