We fund research at the Universities of Bradford, Hull, Leeds, Sheffield and York and their associated teaching hospitals. This research is shared with the world’s scientific community. Our research has helped in the development of countless treatments. We only fund projects of the highest quality, as reviewed by experts from around the world. We are also cost efficient – for every £1 we invest we raise £6, which compares well with other charities.
